About the project

The Community of Dummies (SoobCha) aims to unite people interested in and carried away with working with the computer.

The users of our community are those who discover various software for the first time and also those who have particular experience in using it.

People who are not satisfied with the work with already written programs and who are eager to explore the amazing world of programming are here too.

Here are also people who have felt the delight of their success and the sorrow of their failure and who are constantly searching for information and necessary software.

And of course, venerable and experienced programmers, both professionals and amateurs, who know a great amount of things and who are ready to help anybody at anytime, are involved into the project.

These mail conferences have been created with this very aim where people, who want to learn the computer, can ask any question and get an answer from the experts. The feature of our conferences is a great deal of respect to an every member.
You will never hear any arrogance or neglect here.

To broaden their knowledge the visitors can use the site documents and the material of the news lists which are sent by the Community.
